Information only
This website gives general information about water damage, drying, mold and insurance. It is not professional, legal, medical or insurance advice. Every home and every loss is different, so use your own judgment and ask a qualified person about your situation.
Information about insurance is general. Your policy decides what is covered, and your insurer decides your claim. Health questions about mold belong with a physician.
No guarantees
We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that every page is complete or current. We do not guarantee any result, any price, any arrival time or that the line or the website will always be available.
Scope and price are explained to you before work starts. Any work is carried out by the licensed and insured restoration professionals we send, under the terms they give you.
Emergencies
This site is not an emergency service. If anyone is in danger, call 911. That includes fire, a gas smell, electrical hazards, injury or water rising in a place you cannot leave safely.
Call 911 or the utility before you call our line when electricity or gas is involved. Our 24/7 line handles restoration dispatch, not rescue. Wait to call us until everyone is safe.
Calls to the line
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By calling, you agree to that recording. If you do not agree, tell the dispatcher at the start of the call.
Links to other sites
Pages here may point to outside sites, such as government agencies or utilities. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information. A link is not an endorsement.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using this website or relying on its information. That includes indirect losses, lost time and damage that grows while you wait. Some laws do not allow these limits, and in that case they apply only as far as the law permits.
Nothing here takes away rights you have under Maryland or federal law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Maryland. If a part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We may change these terms by posting a new version here, and your continued use means you accept it.
